Fauna
We are licensed to carry out bat and dormouse box checks and can undertake population studies of reptiles and great crested newts at sites that require post development or conservation monitoring.
Previous work has included reptile and Great Crested newt surveys, to identify key areas to inform heathland management, and the setting up and monitoring of nest tubes for Dormouse to inform coppice management.
Flora
We have extensive experience in vegetation monitoring and condition assessment on SSSIs and other sites. We can initialise monitoring programmes or carry out work on programmes already set in place.
Previous work has included monitoring and condition assessments of woodland, grassland and upland communities in Shropshire, Wales and Northern Ireland and monitoring of farmland schemes in the West Midlands and Devon.
